Dr. David Agum
President
Dr. David Agum is the President of the Association of Nigerians in the Capital District of New York (ANCD). He has been a member of the Association since 2016. Originally from Benue State, Nigeria, currently he is a Lecturer in the Department of Africana Studies at the University at Albany, State University of New York.

Mrs. Blessing Oliver Akpanikat has been an active member since 2007. Mrs. Akpanikat has served ANCD diligently in different capacities. She is a Registered Nurse by profession. She is married with children. She and her family reside here in the Capital District.
