Bassey E. Essien, PhD
Dr. Bassey E. Essien is the President for ANCD. Dr. Essien received a B.A. degree from American University,Washington DC (1975). He also received his M.S. and Ed.D. degrees from the University at Albany (1977 &1981). Dr. Essien is currently employed by the NYS Office of Temporary & Disability Assistance, Bureau of Refugee and Immigrant Assistance (BRIA), Albany, New York. Dr. Bassey lives in Albany with his wife, Mrs. Edo Essien, and children.
